Bookings & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Full payment is required at least 7 days prior to the check-in date to confirm and secure the booking.
• Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice until confirmation is completed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be non-refundable.
• No-shows or early departures are not eligible for refunds.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within the communicated timelines.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in and check-out timings will be shared at the time of booking confirmation.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must respect the property, surroundings, and fellow guests.
• Any damage to rooms, furniture, or property may result in additional charges.
• Loud, disruptive, or unlawful behavior may lead to immediate cancellation without refund.

Events & Gatherings

• Events such as weddings, photoshoots, and private celebrations must be declared at the time of booking.
• Event-specific policies, permissions, and pricing may apply.

Health & Safety

• Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being during their stay.
• Children must be supervised at all times, especially in outdoor areas.
• Please follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our team.

Limitation of Liability

Tamarind Tree Retreat shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond reasonable control, including natural conditions, weather, or third-party services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
